Appendix 1 - General requirements, version 20230101

The Revised versions of Registrar Agreement and Appendix 4 (Fees and payments terms), and Appendix 7 (Routine descriptions), enter into force on January 1, 2023.

Note that the updated Appendix 1 (General requirements) enters into force on June 1, 2023. This applies to existing registrars who have signed an agreement before January 1, 2023; for new registrars who sign the agreement after January 1st 2023 the requirements apply from their signing the agreement.
