As a subregistrar, do I have a relationship with The Swedish Internet Foundation?

No, you have an agreement relationship with a registrar. The registrar has entered into a registrar agreement with The Swedish Internet Foundation, which entitles said registrar to perform registration services. As a subregistrar, you have the right to act as a reseller to a registrar, meaning that you may accept registration service assignments from registrants, which are subsequently performed by the registrar via EPP.
