Under Guides on the registrar website, you will find study materials and training videos.
According to the registrar agreement, at least two employees must complete training through self-study materials and the domain courses offered. The materials currently available are provided here.
Knowledge Base
In the Knowledge Base on the registrar website, we publish questions and answers based on common support cases, as well as other important information for registrars.
- There are more than 200 articles.
- Use the search function to quickly find the right information. Example: If you search for “transfer”, articles about domain name transfers will be displayed.
- Some articles are only visible to logged-in registrars.
News
Under News on the registrar website, we publish:
- Current events
- Operational information
- Important updates
Information intended only for accredited registrars is displayed only when you are logged in. News is also usually communicated through our mailing list for registrars and via newsletters.
