Guides
Under “Guides”, the same information is shown as for non-logged-in users.
Knowledge Base
Under “Knowledgebase”, the same information is shown as for non-logged-in users, supplemented with articles intended only for registrars.
News
Under “News”, the same information is shown as for non-logged-in users, supplemented with news intended only for registrars.
Downloads
Under “Downloads”, the same information is shown as for non-logged-in users, supplemented with documents intended only for registrars.
Contact Us
Under “Contact Us”, the same form is available as for non-logged-in users, but the logged-in user’s name and email address are pre-filled in the form.
Language
Same as for non-logged-in users. Here you can choose the website language, Swedish or English.
Registrar Name
When logged in, the registrar’s name is displayed here instead of “Log in”. You can also log out here.
SUB TABS
Start
On the start page, you will find some statistics, the latest news, information about available discounts and marketing contributions, as well as information about unpaid invoices.
Account
Under “Account”, you will find the subpages Contact Information, Users, and Settings.
Contact details– here you can update contact details for your registrar account such as administrative, billing, and technical contacts. You can also update the public information displayed about you as a registrar in the registrar list:

Users – under the tabs “Web Users”, “EPP Users”, and “API Clients”, you can see which users have access to the registrar web, EPP, and our registrar API. There is also a search function on the right-hand side where you can search for web users and API clients.
Settings – here you can configure automatic renewal and subscribe to Zonemaster emails.
Domains
Here you can view the domains for which you are the registrar. It is also possible to export the domain list to Excel and manage Registry Lock for the domains.
Invoices
Here you can see your unpaid and previously paid invoices. You can also export invoice specifications, download invoices as PDFs, and pay invoices by card.
Stats
My Statistics – shows statistics related to the domains in your registrar account.
My Ranking – shows your ranking compared to other registrars based on your domains.
TLD Statistics – shows statistics at the top-level domain level.
Whois Search
The Whois function for registrars is available from all tabs. Here, registrars can search for domain names or contact IDs. When logged in, registrar users can view contact details for companies.
