The web-based training covers

The Internet and its various organizations and basic technology.
Laws and legal issues; the Swedish Top-level Domains Acts (2006:24), the Electronic Commerce Act (2002:562) , GDPR and the Data Protection Act, the Distance Contract Act (2005:59) , Consumer rights, dispute resolutions, and more .
The Registrar Agreement, Customer service function, expected service levels, processing times, et cetera.
Administrative procedures for new registration, change of registrar (transfer), change of holders, updates, blocked/reserved domains, deregistration, and so forth.
