En första gallring är genomförd genom att kontakter med rollerna admin, billing och tech rensats bort från registryts databas. Detta berör såväl .se, inklusive så kallade subdomäner,  samt .nu.  (Vi har i tidigare nyhetsbrev och på registrarwebben informerat om denna policyförändring och att detta sker på grund av GDPR.)

Vi har även sedan tidigare bett er upphöra med att skicka in admin, billing och tech i samband nyregistrering (create domain) och uppdatering av domän (update domain). Dock har inget felmeddelande genererats om det ändå har gjorts.

Nästa steg planeras att utföras den 12 januari 2022. Det innebär följande:

Utifrån förändrad policy är det inte längre möjligt att skicka in admin, billing och tech i samband med nyregistrering (create domain) och uppdatering av domän (update domain) i registryts system. Ni kommer att få ett felmeddelande om detta sker. Det är samma felmeddelande som gäller och skickas idag om gränsen för antal kontakter med rollen ”admin, billing eller tech” överskrids. Se exempel på ett sådant felmeddelande nedan:

Registryt kommer att rensa bort kontakter med rollerna admin, billing och tech som skapats efter senaste rensningen och fram till och med den 12 januari. Efter detta är utfört kommer inte längre några kontakter med dessa roller att finnas kvar eller kunna läggas till i registryts system.

Utrensningen av kontakter i systemet kommer att generera poll-meddelanden hos berörda registrarer den 11 februari 2022.

Ni har möjlighet att testa nyregistrering och uppdatering av domän utan kontakt med rollerna admin, billing och tech mot vår befintliga testmiljö (epptest.iis.se, notera att domäner i testmijön ska sluta på .test). Om ni redan har utvecklat era system för detta eller när ni har gjort det kan ni flytta det till produktion.

Removal of admin, tech, and billing contacts Q1, 2022

The contact updates concerns .se , (including subdomains) and .nu. The first phase of removing admin, billing and tech from the registry’s database has already been completed. (In previous newsletters as well as here on the registrars' website we have informed you about these policy changes, in accordance with GDPR.)

We have previously asked you to cease sending “admin, billing and tech” information when registering a new domain (create domain) or updating a domain (update domain). However, there have not yet been any error messages if these contacts have been submitted.

The next phase is planned for 12 January 2022. This means the following:

It will no longer be possible to submit admin, billing and tech contacts when registering a new domain (create domain) or updating a domain (update domain) in the registry’s system. You will receive an error message when submitting any of these contacts. It is the same error message being used when the limit number of contacts for admin, billing and tech has been exceeded. An example of the error message is found below:

The registry will remove admin, billing and tech contacts that have been created after the latest removal and up until 12 January. After this is complete, these contacts will no longer be accepted in the registry’s system.

The removal of contacts in the system will generate poll messages with affected registrars on 11 February 2022.

You currently have the opportunity to test new registrations and updates of domains, without admin, tech and billing contacts, using our test server epptest.iis.se (kindly observe that domains in the test environment need to end with .test).

If you have already updated your systems for this, or when you have done so, you can move this to your production servers.
