Yes, we offer a test environment / OTE system for EPP. However, we do not offer a test system that covers the entire registry system.
The EPP test system is available for testing the EPP protocol. Please note that domains in the test environment must end in .test (like this example: domain.test).
The test system does not contain a test database, but it is up to you to build a test database through new registrations.
The test environment is accessed via: epptest.iis.se (EPP test server). Please use the Registrar website, registry.se, to upload your certificate and enter the IP addresses for the test environment.
