Is there a EPP command to list all the domain names we are the registrar for?

No, but all domain names for which you are the registrar are displayed in a list in your account on the Registrar Web at https://registry.se.
The domain list can also be retrieved via the Registrar API provided by Registry Services: https://api.registry.se/docs/index.html.
