As a DNS operator, how do I create a CDS record?

I work as a DNS operator, and one of my clients has requested to exchange signing keys. Can you guide me on how to create the CDS record?

Typically, your nameserver should support this function unless you have an outdated version. Notably, PowerDNS, Knot, and Bind have integrated this feature.
